About

David Krawczyk is an industrial designer of products ranging from cell phones, tablets, and connected home devices to light electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Most recently, he designed battery charging products for JUMP’s light electric vehicles. He is knowledgeable in rotational and injection molding, sheet metal forming, extrusion, stamping, and CNC operations. David has worked in various roles designing consumer products and has an innate technical aptitude in both mechanical and electrical design. As a team player, David collaborates cross functionally with all departments to achieve the best design from concept to launch. Prior to working at JUMP by Uber, he has worked for startups, small businesses, and design consultancies including PEGA Design and Engineering in Taipei, Taiwan where he started his career.

He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in numerous CAD programs including SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer, and Fusion 360 as well as competency in Adobe Creative Suite. David is passionate about prototyping mechanisms, finding simple creative solutions for complex problems, and improving user experience.
